Working Principle
1. Filtration Process:
• The unfiltered liquid, mixed with a filter aid, is pumped into the filter vessel.
• As the liquid flows through the filter leaves, solid particles are trapped on the mesh, forming a stable filter cake.
• Numerous tiny channels within the filter cake capture suspended debris while allowing the filtrate to pass through.
• The filtered liquid flows out through the central collection pipe, leaving the solid impurities behind.
2. Discharging Process:
• When the filter cake reaches its capacity, the filtration process stops.
• The automatic slag discharging device removes the accumulated solids, ensuring quick and easy cleaning without manual intervention.
