Pressure Wire Mesh Filter
A pressure wire mesh filter is a high-efficiency, energy-saving filtration device designed for various industrial applications. It operates under pressure to separate solids from liquids, ensuring precise filtration and clear filtrate.
The filter consists of a shell, multi-layer stainless steel wire mesh, a cover lifting mechanism, and an automatic slag discharge system. The wire mesh layers are installed on a central collection pipe, making installation, cleaning, and maintenance quick and easy.
Working Principle:
During operation, the material mixed with filter aid circulates through the conveying pump, forming a stable filter cake layer on the wire mesh. The fine channels created by the filter aid particles trap suspended debris, ensuring efficient filtration without clogging. Continuous addition of filter aid maintains optimal performance.
