1. When the high-temperature mesh belt is stored in the open air, rainproof measures should be taken. During storage and handling, the mesh belt should be prevented from bumping to avoid damage to the high temperature mesh belt. Tongjin must maintain sufficient capacity of power supply facilities and stable voltage, and it is strictly forbidden to run out of phase. The power supply line must be a dedicated line and should not be used for long-term temporary power supply.
2. The surface of the environment where the high temperature mesh belt is used should be kept clean, and there should be no debris at the inlet and outlet. Regularly eliminate dust and other debris in high temperature mesh belts and tubes. The high-temperature mesh belt should be stored in a dry environment to prevent the motor from getting damp.
3. During the operation of the high-temperature mesh belt, it is found that there is abnormal noise in the mesh, severe heating of the motor, electrification of the shell, tripping of the switch, and failure to start. It should be shut down immediately for inspection. In order to ensure safety, maintenance is not allowed during the operation of the mesh belt. After the overhaul, a test run should be carried out for about five minutes to confirm that there is no abnormal phenomenon before starting the operation.
